About The Cottages

The Cottages offers a Personal Moving Consultant who will help you with everything from selling your home to coordinating your moving day! Occasionally health issues arise that may make it necessary to move into The Cottages as quickly as possible. For those that are faced with the decision to sell their home, The Cottages works with Micoley & Company Realtors to coordinate and assist you with the sale. In some cases, it may be arranged to allow you to move into The Cottages prior to selling your home. If this option is something you need to consider, the following is a brief explanation of the process.

  1. Your Personal Moving Consultant will visit your home to discuss and evaluate the Fair Market Value as it pertains to the current real estate market in your area.
  2. You will then receive a detailed report of the value of your property.
  3. At that time you may choose to:

a) put your house on the market and sell it, OR

b) The Cottages will offer a flexible payment plan until your home is sold if it is medically or physically necessary for you to move prior to the sale. Please contact The Cottages to arrange a private consultation regarding this program.
